The road to the championship is officially set.

After a competitive regular season, the Michigan Inclusive Flag Football League’s Women’s+ Division will take the field one final time this fall on Sunday, October 4, at Martin Road Park in Ferndale. Four teams remain, and by the end of the afternoon, one will be crowned the Fall 2026 Women’s+ Division Champion.

The playoff action begins at 3:00 PM, when The Blueprints square off against Purple Reign in the first semifinal. Both teams will be looking to punch their ticket to the championship game and move one step closer to taking home the title.

The second semifinal kicks off at 4:15 PM, featuring Lettuce Score against Show Me Your TDs. With the season on the line, there’s no room for error as the final two teams battle for the remaining spot in the championship.

The winners will then meet at 5:30 PM for the Women’s+ Division Championship Game, where months of competition will come down to one final matchup.

But Championship Sunday is about more than what happens on the field.

Following the games, MIFFL will bring everyone together to celebrate another incredible season with our End-of-the-Season Awards presentation, recognizing the players who stood out through their performance, sportsmanship, leadership, and impact throughout the Fall 2026 season.

We’ll also have food and drinks after the games, giving players, friends, and members of the MIFFL community a chance to celebrate together and close out the season the way it should be — as one community.

From the opening week to Championship Sunday, this season has been about more than wins and losses. It’s been about competition, friendships, inclusion, and creating a place where everyone belongs.
